    I have had my nails done by Abbie multiple times and honestly cannot fault the service provided, the sheer talent, skill set and attention to detail she has is second to none. She is always friendly and welcoming and takes into consideration any issues I have. I recommend Abbie to everyone & will continue to do so.

    Terrible, terrible, terrible, avoid at all costs Have done my nails plenty of times in other places and I never had such a bad experience. Nails were chipped within a few hours and then was no apology from management. Keep your money but you will never see me again for sure.

    I've been going to this shop ever month for 2 years for acrylic nails with Lucy. I had to cancel and reschedule an appointment fir October when I was in hospital for surgery. Pitched up for my appointment this morning and was told I had missed it. Mario (owner)checked the system and it showed that I had cancelled and rescheduled the November one by mistake. My fault entirely but it was a mistake, however I've been charged Β£38. Spoke to Mario, no consideration for loyalty and future custom, only interested in the money. I won't be back and neither will my 2 daughters who also go every month. This is no reflection on the girls in the shop. They are lovely and do a great job. So very disappointed in Mario and his non existent customer care.

    Came to Get the Gloss to get my nails done off Lucy as I have been coming for a long time , and wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after me! Amazing service and always a friendly face from all the staff! 10/10 recommend

    Manager is unprofessional, they lie and very cheeky! A response to your lies below. I was aggressive at the end of the call and I don’t feel the slightest guilt because you kept speaking over me and ignoring me. 3 times you were told I was autistic which was the reason I left your store without question and my partner wasn’t aggressive towards you if your calls are recorded you’ll hear myself and him shouting at each other .. anyway he explained to YOU that once I paid Β£17 for my gel toes that would mean the transaction was over, which was why I left .. anybody would leave after being charged so why be immature and lie? You’re running a business start acting like it! and I told Ada your staff member I never had my toes done before so how could I have possibly known anything like what your routine would be??? Your staff should have informed me the routine of getting toes and nails done. And why not just apologise for the mistake immediately? Why try and cover yourself by telling me lies, my nails were booked for a different time when I booked all 3 treatments together online weeks before and I have the email confirmation of that and the only time given was 10am. You then made it about my nail appointment was different time okay then well then let’s go with your story and I’ve walked out right so why was my toe nail extension not done with my gel toes? next time just apologise to your clients before it escalates. After reading your other responses to your reviews of unhappy clients you are actually vile. Cheeky and unprofessional. Learn to appreciate the British public who are paying for your bills.

    Cancelled my appointment 6 days before my original appointment. They still went into my account and took out money. I have an email confirmation of the cancellation but they took money reguardless. Can understand them doing this to clients who cancel at the last minute but not 6 days before!!

    This salon did so bad,I got a removal and they left me with gel still on my nails!. I took my daughter there and her nail got fungus they don’t clean the tools.

    I had my nails done in this salon for the first time today .. I’m not happy at all .. supposed to be biab but it’s just Gel Bottle builder gel .. I could do that myself .. the finish is terrible .. although I don’t ever want to go back to this salon I will tomorrow and demand to have them redone for free as I was Β£45
