   I've been coming here for a good 3 years. Today I had an appointment for 11:30. Was 10 mins late, they weren't as busy. Washed my hands and got seated at one of the nail stations. Waited 35 minutes and they took a 5 year child before me (that arrived 25 minutes after me). Got up and left.

   The workers are so nice, listen to everything you say, I get a full set of acrylics with designs on all fingers for £32-35. Comfy and great atmosphere, I'd book through their Facebook so you're less likely to be waiting as it can get busy, especially at the weekends/near holidays. Nowhere else is worth it, honestly, it's here or nowhere.

   I gave them two chances. First with gel nails and second with acrylics. Though the design was what I wanted and the staff kind, I couldn’t get past the lack of hygiene and freezing conditions. 1. The door of the building does not close fully. Causing extremely low temperatures in the shop, for nails to take longer to dry, and uncomfortable customer/worker conditions. I felt dreadful for the staff. 2. Not once did I see any sanitisation of tools and minimal wipe down of stations. The shields/barriers between worker and client were filthy with what appeared to be body fluid(appears as if someone sneezed/coughed on the surface). They used a cuticle cutter on one client, put it(with the cuticles still on) into a cut with other tools and used it on each client without any precautions(they tapped it on the table). I feel awful as the staff were lovely. But the cold and risk of infection is not worth it for me. I have the second chance as we all have bad days. But I won’t be back.
