   Awful experience. Girl was really rough and impatient, swatting my hands away if they weren’t in exact position. I turned slightly to look at my phone and she told me very rudely to stop moving! I was looking for advice on colour and two other females came over ( one looked in charge ) claimed they couldn’t understand ( I wanted a nude/ gold for a wedding. They obviously became frustrated with me and were practically throwing colour charts at me. Clearly annoyed. It was awful . I just stayed quiet but actually wanted to walk out in middle of it. Ended up agreeing to anything just to get it over with .Been to many nail salons and have never experienced anything like it .

   Absolute rubbish, £33 pound for gel nails with tiny little love hearts the application is a mess had to pick gel off my skin around the fingers. I think they just make up their own prices! Won’t be back.

   Was absolutely shocked by the service. I can get that they are busy but they didn’t listen to what we wanted and just wanted to rush us out! We wanted our acrylics took off and we’re surprised they never filed our nails down. They were left sharp and uneven looking. They never added anything like cuticle oil or nail hardener either. The owner spent alot of time on the phone talking about bills which wasn’t professional as she was quite angry on the phone and left a lot of people uncomfortable. The staff were too harsh. Rushed us. My girlfriend got nail polish on her natural nails and it was left bubbly uneven. Won’t be going back.

   Does what it says on the tin. I always go for gels off/gels on and usually get seen within 15 mins max. It’s no frills, no chat or luxury so don’t go in expecting a spa like experience. The colour selection is great. The reason I’ve knocked off 2 stars is coz my nails end up pretty thin, bit heavy handed on the electric nail buffer.

   Nails started off fantastic, then a couple of sets that fell off far too quick. I didn't plan on returning then changed my mind as the nails had been good previously. However, five nails came off within five days so I returned to get them fixed (being a nail tech myself I knew it was just lack of prep). The shop then tried to charge me for fixing their mistakes which I refused. To top it off, that night two more nails fell off and within a couple of days I was missing five nails again. My mother and I went to the shop roughly every two weeks and will not be returning now.
