   I used thee Law firm back in 2018 into 2019 for family law, after my daughter got separated from me due to Narrissist humanity which is really bad in the living world I was so happy thinking Alan was going to help me and fight with me to get me my daughter back, or days I'd get her, but sadly to say it never happened for me. The sad thing is being ae single parent is this society nobody will back ye if ye alone, i had no one else around which I don't understand, it's quite bad when reaching out for help and a touch of support via legal aid. I haven't had ae good experience via legal aid lawyers in the family part, I just do not know why maybe got the unlucky straw or nobody was interested to help me, as ae Mother and Human. Ae torie society aswell which never helped. Some will do loads and some won't like any day to day living. No legal aid lawyer helped me with contact or anything else with my daughter I give up with legal aid it was draining me out getting my hopes up for nothing. As we don't know how to react response in these situations & it's hard. When legal aid family lawyers kept mentioning to me let's get ye contact, they never it's what on earth. lack of support at children's hearing as ae single women & mum, find out from ae paying lawyer ae different story, others mite of had ae better experience than me, But it is disappointing. And sad in the society we live in. I Wiz grieving badly cause it's ae shock to the system having yer kid stealing of ye and nobody to turn to, it's like what has our world come to, all lawyers from the legal aid system need to have patience and have ae care for the persons case they take on, but fight with them. Ye get the good and thee bad, lawyers are meant to guide down the right I was ae mess back then. My book is due for release this year only way am going to get heard. Thanks..

   I needed help with some legal paperwork for a foreign notary public a couple of months ago . The solicitor was extremely helpful and explained everything. I have never had such pleasant and efficient meeting with a lawyer before. But real heros for me are MBS's reception desk staff. Everytime positive, helpful, with a very clear communication of what's needed and when I need to do it. Nothing is a problem for them, but they can still keep your expectations aligned with what's realistically possible. After arranging my meeting with a solicitor, you are met on a spot with very friendly staff and immediately put to ease. If I would ever need solicitors again, this will be my first stop for sure.

   My fiance and I had been living in Australia but unfortunately due to the COVID pandemic we had been separated when moving back to our respective countries. Following a bad experience with another firm, we engaged MBS to apply for a fiance visa. Ali has been absolutely fantastic in helping us do this. He is very thorough, responsive and asks all the right questions. The quality of the application was a significant improvement from what the previous firm had come up with. He took the time to learn about us as people and he provided lots of tailored advice based on our situation. Would highly recommend!
