   I have used the Drummond Miller for both immigration and property services. Overall, Drummond Miller as a firm is excellent in terms of communication. On the property side I worked with Wilson Browne, his work was excellent and the whole process of selling and buying was fast and smooth. He was always available to answer my questions and very proactive in his work. I have also used their immigration services for my citizenship application which was successful. For this process I worked with Ayesha Aleem and a couple of her colleagues. They were all great to work with, the process was made clear and if in doubt they were always there to guide through the various steps. I would not hesitate to use Drummond Miller in the future.

   Awful, simply awful! The valuation agent arrived a week early for viewing and insisted we had it wrong despite using their automated valuation request tool for a later date. There was no substantive material apology and found the tone of the firm so rude despite what was a really basic error on their part. A manager called me during a busy day despite my previous insistance I did not have the time to discuss the mistake further. Rather I had simply reaffirmed the orginal appointment was confirmed and expected a mark improvement in their performance. That "Head of Estate Agency" unilaterally then cancelled the appointment- "As a business we can choose who we work for and it is not an obligation of ours to act on behalf of anyone..." In sum, Edinburgh, and Central Scotland generally, have numerous of conveyancing; and property marketing providers. All are regulated and would strongly encourage anyone to use an alternative provider rather than Drummond Miller.

   I would have no problem recommending Drummond miller to anyone looking for a solicitor. Liesa Spiller fought our corner in a medical negligence claim we were having difficulty with. From the start to finish Liesa laid out how we would proceed with this case, she spoke each member of my family involved in the claim, Took statements from everyone of us, she chased down medical files, and organised expert reports to make sure we were on solid ground and regularly kept us informed by email on how the case was progressing.
