This place does not even deserve a 1 star review. Rude and disrespectful customer service. Lack of communication. Jangeer is so rude and arrogant. His brother with the beard is alright. This individual never answers his phone. Very rude man. I think the money has got to his head. This person does not care anymore. Never again I will use this person. Be very careful guys when using these people
Relative was struggling with visa went to many different places which just messed them about and always gave a reason as to why the application process could not be done. Then I found these guys and Qaisser answered all our questions. He told us there is no reason as to why the applications wouldn’t be successful and that he will only submit it once he thinks it’s all perfect. He told us what was needed straight away, how the process works and made us feel comfortable. Whenever we needed him he always answered or left a message and would get back to us amazing customer service ma shaa allah. The application was successful all thanks to these guys, highly recommend them, very professional, respectful and know how to get the job done.
