    I had an appointment but had to wait about 50 minutes. I wasn’t in a hurry, and a kind staff member offered me water, which I appreciated. However, I was really surprised by the lack of hygiene and the way the girl treated me — it was painful, and even after I mentioned it several times, she didn’t slow down. When removing the polish, part of my nails broke, and a dirty tool was placed on my hands. I decided to leave because I didn’t feel comfortable. Everyone can have a bad day, but I truly hope they improve their hygiene and care.

    The nails are so good 10 out of 10 but the lady is a bit to harsh that she drilled all the way to my cuticle and it started to bleed on 2 of my thumbs and still hurt a bit so I do recommend but only if she was a bit gentle but yeah ever was on top the way I wanted.
