I wanted to reach out about the nails I had done yesterday. I was told there would be a slight difference from the photos I showed, which I completely understand, but the final result is a lot far off from what I expected. I would’ve appreciated being told upfront if the original design wasn’t possible or something you weren’t comfortable doing—I absolutely wouldn’t have minded going elsewhere if needed. I don’t want to come across as rude at all, but I do feel like they could’ve told me if they couldn’t do the design and colours I asked for
