    Rachel was incredible, went in to have my tired haggard face made-up for my son’s birthday party. The result was beautiful, Rachel also shared some tips and tricks with me and we had a lovely natter. Nice aesthetic in the salon too.

    Absolutely disgusting service. Booked an appointment with Leah at the Cathcart salon for 2 days before my wedding - I booked this app 2 months prior to the wedding. A couple weeks before my appointment she changed the time of my appointment from 1pm to 2pm without even having the the decency to ask first if I’m okay with the change. Obv it’s 2 days before my wedding so i had other priorities which I then had to rearrange around her timings. The night before the appointment she messages saying she has to delay my appointment again by a few hours because it’s her nanas mass and also she ran over a pothole so needs to drop her car off at the garage in the morning. 2nd time she delayed it and her excuses were clearly a lie - she either overbooked or wanted the afternoon off and tried again to push my appointment to later in the day. I told her it’s my wedding in two days and she basically said she can’t do anything and will compensate me by ‘waiving my cancellation fee’ tried to contact Louise and she was also no help and said my compensation would be to cancel my cancellation fee. How cheeky to even say that after they messed me about so much from the start! Would not recommend booking here esp if you want a stress free time before a big day. Absolutely horrible service and don’t care at all about their customers

    Was really looking forward to having my makeup done here but unfortunately had to cancel on the day due to sickness. Phoned first thing (as soon as google said shop was open) and left a message on the answering machine. Tried to phone another 3 times but rang out. Then received a call during my appointment time to say I was a no show and would have to pay the full amount as I didn’t cancel on the app even though I had left a message. I understand times are tight and that running a small business is tough but would maybe suggest not having an answering machine if you’re not going to check it. A bit of understanding would have been appreciated. Will not go here again.
