   Great help and advice. Used them a couple of times now. Yes they can take their time to get back to you but as it's free and as they specialise in children and helping them they can be very busy and as it is really the only one in Scotland it is worth the wait. If you want immediate help them go pay for it but don't criticize a free service for being busy as they are helping other children. I have waited up to 3 weeks for a call back but they have always contacted me when they say they would.
