I thought getting my uniform would be a great idea considering that Billings is well established. Turns out that the uniform is of poor quality with my tailcoat trousers having holes in the pockets and my waistcoat having loose buttons that fell off only after a month of use. Do not get your uniform here.

I ordered uniform from them 4 weeks ahead of term time and a week before I questioned why the name labels I had ordered still hadn't tuned up. I got told that they had been sent by their contractor just a week before a bank holiday weekend by second class post. Needless to say they still didn't turn up and a new set had to be sent via express delivery. What I found disappointing was that they kept on trying to blame the contractor even though i actually brought the labels through them. But it doesn't end there. As i had little time left to sew on labels, I had it sewn on through them. When i got the bag home, I found all of the socks, three shirts and all of the additional labels missing. Just really bad service with little accountability and no apology.
