    If you can get the product you are lookign for from elsewhere, please do. The process to get our goods delivered was awful. We had to chase several times to get information. The coffee table delivery was delayed and we weren't told. We had to chase this again and where not told when it was back in stock. We eventually had to go and collect it ourselves. Now, the coffee tables are a completely different shade to what was in the shop and doesn't match the dinner table that we purchased from Hann Furnishing. They are refusing to do anything about it and so we will be going through trading standards to get a resolution.

Our most recent order was buying several sofas, a few tables, some accessories, and a dining room set. We couldn’t be happier with the furnishings, nor our choice of buying from Hann.     Great shop with a huge inventory. Hann furnishing have unusual, stylish pieces of furniture that other shops don't stock. I went on for sofas and the choice of fabrics was huge. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, they couldn't do enough to help us. The sofas are made on the UK and are very good quality for the price. I would recommend to everyone - well worth a look.

    Awful. Ignorant and arrogant man. Check your receipt before leaving. Overcharged us for faulty goods and complained when I wanted it replaced. Exact words were "I don't care about the customer" Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

    Recently purchase a leather and Harris Tweed sofa with 2x matching chairs, and some lights from these guys. From the offset, it was a pleasure to deal with them, and they went above and beyond to keep things on track even down to delivering some of the pieces personally! The quality of the goods are second to none, I am so chuffed with the new look of our living room, all thanks to Hann.

    Was badly let down by DFS for a couch, found one in Hann Furnishing and bought within a day. Couch delivered in just over a week and I'm glad I was let down by DFS.
