   The staff could not have been more disinterested and unhelpful if they tried. I understand people can have off days, but judging by the rest of the comments this is something that’s a lot more frequent and makes it much more difficult to give them the benefit of the doubt which is a real shame. The quality of the products is really something worth taking notice of. They need to be careful as I could understand why people wouldn’t want to come back to this store after the experience.

   Ordered from them twice now but won't bother again. Last year payment was taken and charged £4.50 delivery, web site says items despatched in 5-10 days. Nearly 3 weeks later still no dispatch confirmation and only contact is the Concierge email which take 2 days to reply. Told they would be delivered when stock available. Eventually arrived but too late for what u wanted it for. Same happened again this month with another order, contacted Concierge for an update and they did refund the delivery charge. Chased again as I wanted shirt for an event and I received an email informing me that my order had been cancelled and refunded. Apparently they didn't have any stock and weren't aware of when they would currently. This company appear happy to sell items they don't actually have and take your money to make the bank ballance look good. Waste of time.

   Ordered 3 items as a Christmas present 3 weeks ago. Took ages to arrived, no response from customer services. Then today when it finally arrives today 1 item is missing. Again no reply from Castore! Would never order from this company again! Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering online.

   My partner ordered clothing, items were delivered but with one item missing. No refund was given and the contact email has now not replied to several emails for over 3 weeks. With no contact number, extremely disappointed with this service. Do not recommend ordering online.

   Ordered goods for Christmas nearly 3 weeks ago. Money taken immediately. I have still not received anything nor had any update on delivery timing. No telephone contact number for inquiries; only an email address which then says that they will respond in 4 days! 4 days later and I have had no response yet. Very frustrating. Other businesses have been able to deliver in a matter of days so this is pretty hopeless all round from Castore.

   I have made an order online, and there is no sign of my order. Not dispatched yet, and nobody in customer service to answer. It's absolutely pathetic! A British company with a classic British way of doing things, late and with no regard to the customer. Shame on you, this is below zero stars!!! Will never ever buy again from this brand....

   The products have a high quality. Unfortuently the customer service and handling of orders is under any criticism. As many are writing, I also ordered express shipping long time ago- no notifications, no products and no replies when contacting them.

   My order has not been dispatched and its been over two weeks. Customer service do not reply. Look at comments on social media such as FB & Insta - theyre not sending out orders but are taking money from customers.

   Still waiting for my delivery to arrive, received confirmation from Evri of the delivery accompanied by a picture of a random front door but not mine, raised this with Castore and they advised me to contact the the Police ! Am I missing something I paid Castore for postage so isn't the onus on them to deliver (literally), needles to say I've not called the Police as I'm sure they have enough on their plate. Well done Castore and of course Merry Christmas.
