£16 a month to clean front door and living room and one bedroom window wow why cost so much just for the front of the house my mum pays £3 every month not £16 month. Do not come back to my address not satisfied

I booked this company to clean the windows on my business. They attempted to clean them twice, I received messages to say they could not find road access to the property. I gave them the street names so they could find the property. Time passed and the windows were never cleaned so I cancelled their services and contacted another company who came and cleaned with no problem. A month later UKWindowClean sent me an invoice of £120 for a window clean either never performed or a job done really badly because my windows never looked like they were cleaned. They demanded payment saying the operator was in the area on the day. My windows were never cleaned - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Used them for a while - cleans were a little hit and miss, some windows would be spotless and others would be grubby overall couldn't justify the cost for inconsistent quality
Service is very easy to deal with and windows are cleaned to schedule on a regular basis without me ever having to chase.
Flexibility, working with the staff (not just the cleaning teams) when I need to make a change. The windows are great when we get home and we hope to continue this relationship for some time.
