Very happy with the one-off deep clean we arranged with PureMaison recently - the ladies were lovely as ever: polite, friendly, helpful and thorough. They did a great job. The price is definitely on the high side, but staff are DBS checked and experienced.
Never been happier about a cleaning service! Tracey and Sarah are amazing and organised, and they always make some time to cuddle with my kitties (who love them just as much as we do!). Our home always looks transformed after their service, and we are amazed at how good and fast they are. Truly the best service in town xx
No hotel folds on toilet roll can make up for the fact that this company is very over priced and does not provide good value for money. Unable to complete two medium sized bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, hall, stairway, landing, kitchen diner, and living room, with two people in one hour. Always one or two missed sides and I always found possessions moved and not replaced in their usual places - maybe a bit OCD of me! Would give less than two stars but what they did do was good. For £60 for two man hours, I would expect a lot more.
The service Pure Maison has provided has been second to none. There is always someone at the end of the phone and they aim to accommodate in any way they can. Very professional, would definitely recommend.
