   Gutted to be writing this as I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I’m just so saddened by the customer service. Was meant to come last weekend and never shown up, ignored 2 of my messages previously then when I messaged on the day asking if today isn’t really that convenient then what day is?… They just said they have had lots of messages to get through, I thought I’d just give them a second chance and got booked in again for this weekend 10AM. Got to 10:12AM still nothing, no message no phone call no knock on the door. So I messaged asking where they was and all they did was read my message and ignore it? 10:26AM I messaged again to tell them to leave coming as it’s so rude to not only not turn up, but to ignore my messages too when I’m supposed to be expecting them. I am absolutely appalled at this customer service! 2 weekends on the bounce I have been ignored and no show. 2 weekend days wasted! Would never recommend to anybody!! Infuriated wasn’t the word this morning!

   I highly recommend Restore cleaning, l found Rachel to be knowledgeable and professional and extremely hard working. Rachel has a brilliant personality, l enjoyed chatting to her while she cleaned my sofa. I am made up with the results. I shall be using Restore in the future.

   Wanted my 4 year old suede sofa cleaning and scotch guard protected . Quoted me £50 for cleaning and £55 for scotch guarding. I felt it was expensive but obviously cheaper than replacing the sofa . Fitted me in within days and Neil arrived promptly . He was here approx half an hour and the scotch guarding was basically a spray like the ones you use on shoes . When he left the sofa was still wet so difficult to fully see the results but as it dried it was clear that he had missed areas . I complained and he returned to complete the job. It has been a complete waste of money as all the marks have started to reappear. Don’t waste your money . The sofa has previously come up better using my own home carpet cleaner so maybe invest in one of them instead . Also note they only accept cash or bank transfer and not credit cards .

   Cleaners themselves are great but the business is run unprofessionally. Expect no shows with zero warning and rude staff who hang up when you call to find out what is happening. Recommend avoid.

   COWBOYS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS We had 3 carpets and 1 sofa cleaned. We were originally quoted £85 however we were quoted £160 on the day because our velvet sofa would need a ‘chemical clean’. It was new, we’d only had it for a few months - and we had also sent them a picture prior to booking!! We were also quoted £25 for each carpet and not £15 like advertised online. We felt we were being pushed into going ahead with the price and Neil made us feel generally uncomfortable. He kept coming up with sales tactics like “I’m booked up now for the next 12 months”. He also told us no one else in the area could clean a sofa like it and would takes ages - but the entire job, including carpets, was done in an hour. We’ve since contacted other carpet cleaners in the area who quoted us £60 for a velvet sofa. We were then pressured into paying straight after the job was done. Our banking app thankfully wasn’t working so I told him I’d have to pay later. Apparently they can’t leave without payment - who runs a business like that? After asking them later to honour their original quote, after finding out other companies charge £60 for velvet sofas, we were bombarded with unprofessional texts and calls all morning from Neil demanding payment. Eventually he said he would accept £85 for the job… but we had already transferred the £160 to stop him harassing us over text. Just avoid them at all costs. Absolute cowboys.

   I used this company to get my carpet and stairs and Coach cleaned they did a fantastic job could not fault the work they did was a good price as well. I would of give full stars but the only thing I did not like was the attitude of the lad with the tattoos I think he was the boss he was just complaining that he was tired and because he had to cancel the job after mine because he was still working at mine plus the coach I have was a channel fabric it took him ages but he was just complaining about it Other than that I would use the company again
