   Can’t recommend Thornbridge Motherwell enough. The Manager Johnny is so friendly and always happy to help, he is supported by an excellent team Euan, Chris and Craig who can’t do enough to make sure I have everything I need every time I visit the office. They are super informative and always happy to take time to help me make the right decisions. The yard team are equally as helpful and super quick at their jobs. The place runs like clockwork and I wouldn’t consider using anywhere else. Everyone makes you feel at ease and welcome which is super important to me. Products are top quality and the banter is not so bad either!

   Easy to use click and collect service. I had to shop around for a 12x120 hunk of wood. The only place around to have it in stock. I had to wait 24 extra hours to pick up my order because I had some family business and by the time I got there my 12x145 was unavailable in the size I needed so the lovely staff offered an extra bit to make up for what I was missing. Very helpful staff in the yard offered help when I was cutting down the wood. Very clean and tidy place. The shop has a few bits and bobs available inside like filler and tools. I saw an extra room which looked like it had kitchens and or flooring available. I went at about 10:30 and there were a few people about collecting but not too busy to feel you're underfoot of the contractors who might be in more of a rush than me to collect. I would use these guys again 100%
