   Dishonest Company with Shocking Customer Service Wilko is, without a doubt, one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. They bait you with enticing discounts on products they clearly have no intention of fulfilling, take your money, and then cancel the item without explanation. To make matters worse, they drag out the customer support process so long that they can outlast their own return policy. It took over six weeks—yes, six weeks—for me to get any response from their so-called customer service team about a canceled order they had already charged me for. During this time, I was left chasing them repeatedly, with no resolution and no concern from their side. It’s obvious this is a calculated tactic to avoid refunds and frustrate customers into giving up. This company does not respect its customers or their time. They’re happy to take your money but refuse to deliver what you paid for or provide timely assistance. It’s an absolute disgrace. If you’re thinking about shopping with Wilko, don’t. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted time. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually value their customers. Wilko clearly isn’t one of them, and I’ll never shop with them again. I urge others to avoid this company like the plague.

   Brilliant store. Good range of products and always well stocked. Self service checkouts available to save you waiting in a queue at a staffed checkout. Friendly & helpful staff. Good for nearby parking.

   Wilko is a shop everyone needs in their life. From DIY to beauty there is something for everyone and for every occasion. The store is large, well lit and is wheelchair accessible. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly are consistent in their warm Lanarkshire way. The items for sale are very reasonably priced and you won't have a disappointing visit to this icon of the High Street.

   Great deal on 7ft Christmas my wife spotted the deal andto be fair normally see such deals and tree isn't great quality but infact the tree was great quality for the money defo definitely recommend if anyone looking a new tree for Christmas

   I have to say that I was in this store recently and I couldn't find any of the things that I was looking for and one of the management team was very helpful indeed. The only fault that I had was the attitude of the older woman who was working on the checkout. I approached to ask her a question and was told in a very abrupt manner that she was now off the checkout and cut me off completely. Her customer care skills leaves a lot toybe desired. Apart from that episode I did manage to get everything I was looking for.

   Have to say that since they started getting the customer to scan there goods it has gone downhill as far as I am concerned. I know you do have a option on waiting for a cashier but who wants to stand in a que all day. As for the goods you can get a good selection at good prices.
