    Asked guys to match a certain bolt for an Allen key. Forgot bolt there by mistake. Returned a week later after searching endlessly for this bolt. Asked staff if they remembered it.     Only stay 5 minutes away from this place and can't believe just how good these guys are. Excellent staff. Fantastic prices. I usually shop online. Was looking for parts to repair a toilet. Friend suggested screw fix. Best recommendation ever. Ended up getting a few other bits n bobs, the prices were Cheaper than amazon.!

    Normally ok but today was a shambles. 2 staff taking orders and no one collecting them. Had to prompt them twice for someone to get the item and I wasn't the only one annoyed in the queue. Waited 10 minutes and eventually got the item.
