   Spent a fair amount of time finding the items that I wanted, choosing colours and selecting sizes. The marketing strategy is extremely misleading. Claiming to offer discounts when customers become a member without clearly stating, and only informing by small print that membership costs £54.99 a month!! Luckily I realised and obviously didn’t proceed, but can imagine many other customers having their time wasted or even unknowingly become a member at an extortionate cost.

   Visited Regent Street store for the first time today to buy shorts for the London Marathon. The staff in store especially Jules were excellent in helping both me and my wife choose what we wanted. No hard sell for the VIP membership and there was 50% off in store so very happy with our purchases and customer service was fab. Will definitely return .

   I bought some shorts for my husband for Christmas and without my knowledge was automatically signed up for a VIP subscription. It wasn’t until two months later that I realised £54 was coming out of my account every month. It might well have been in the fine print, but I think it is an extremely underhand and dishonest way of doing business. Will not be buying from them again.

   Just wanted to quickly leave my review from my recent visit on the 18th of February. I was accompanying my two friends that day as they were shopping, not realising that I'm going to end up shopping as well, lol. Long story short, I found a pair of leggings that fit me perfectly. I bought them with a 40% discount. After a few minutes my friend (who has a membership with Fabletics) was at the till and the salesman, MATTEO, realised we came together. He went out of his way and told me I could get an even better deal if my friend bought the leggings to her account and that he would refund me for what I already paid. He did all that and, on top of the original 40% discount, I got an extra £14 off. Matteo is your guy and I will definitely be coming back to Fabletics because of him. Btw, the quality of the leggings is out of this world. Highly recommend. Thank you, Matteo and all the other staff that day, for your help.

   Amazing customer service , I went in on Monday and unfortunately can’t remember the name of the lady who helped me but I am back beyond thrilled with my purchases and so excited to get the wear out of them. I had my first pair of leggings for 2.5 years so they do live up to the hype!! Will definitely return! Side note : those complaining about the VIP charge, you don’t get charged if you press skip before the 5th of the month as previous 5 star reviews have advised.

   NEVER ORDER! £54.99 is charged to your account every month under the name of the VIP plan. And they don't say they will. They constantly send advertising mails, but they do not send the invoice of this money received every month. Because people get what they're supposed to be until they realize it. Don't order.

   Customer services are absolutely disgusting, inefficient live chat - wrong information, does not communicate well, and website performance is poor. Live chat gets disconnected - do not write notes explaining the situation carefully, so you'll have to repeat yourself several times. All staff is trained in terms of how to deal with a customer/complaints or the process. Live chat refuses to transfer to escalate the chat to the supervisor and advised me they are only able to communicate through a prewritten reply and cannot offer any other assistance. The call staff are also not so great, seem rude and inconsiderate - but eventually were able to assist me - again a waste of time. It took more than 30 min - 60 min to resolve my refund through 3 different ages, two on chat and one over the phone. Overall poor service. Will not be shopping here again. When you are also due for a refund they cannot issue you a confirmation which I find absurd. As far as I am aware all retail companies offer this option and it should be compulsory. - when you have opted into a monthly membership you also do not receive a confirmation which is unacceptable. Poor service - do not recommend and will not shop here again.

   The price and quality is fantastic (as long as you stick the offers, otherwise it's expensive). Please just be aware that most of the special offers involve you signing up to long term VIP membership that can be easily cancelled online (and it very clearly states this if you read). Unfortunately there are poor reviews on the web where people couldn't be bothered to read and got charged £55 every month. So if you can read and pay attention you'll be happy, otherwise you won't. This type of business model is very common these days and it pays to be wise to it, but fabletics will never get good overall reviews since their business model is very reliant on catching people out even though the quality and price is good.
