Unfortunately we cannot recommend this company. They came to do our gutters and roof and broke our ridge tile on the top of our house. We found pieces of the ridge tile in our bin hidden under the dirt and moss from the roof along with a pair of work trousers..??. We now have to fork out a huge expense to get the ridge tiles fixed.. the other two people who were there were perfectly fine and professional. The main man was beyond rude and cocky. He kept walking into our house despite us asking him not to due the dirt at the end. The lack is integrity is shocking regarding the broken roof tile and them hiding it in our bin.
Adam came out to quote some roof cleaning I needed doing. Price was very fair and he fitted me in very quickly. Job turned out better than I expected, done a really good job! Would use Adam again and would recommend to everyone. Job well done!!

With the winter months coming to an end we decided to have our roof cleaned. We chose AM Property Services to do the job. We made contact and booked an appointment for the job to be done. Adam came at the arranged date and time. He gave us a description of the work to be done and then got straight to work. He was very professional going about the job and provides a very good quality of workmanship. Which also represents extremely good value for money. When the job was finished Adam made surethat everything was tidied up and there was no mess left. From start to finish Adam was very responsive from when we first made contact to completion of the job. Altogether I was very satisfied with Adams work and would and eill use him again in the future for any other property services I need.

Adam and his team have today cleaned out our gutters and blocked drain pipes, washed all facia boards and cleaned the conservatory roof and frame work. We are delighted with the results, he was very helpful, great quality results and professional. We have now booked him to come back to complete more work for us. I would highly recommend Adam.
