Had a lovely experience today at the champion store in soho. I was assisted by Jett who helped me pick out some trousers and he made great recommendations. Lovely atmosphere, great music and great staff. Cant wait to visit again :)

I had a great experience thanks to Louis! From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to help me find the right fit and style, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Thank you!

Super random review but I was in London beginning July and there were two guys working in the store , at the time I was trying to burn time before jumping on the tube to catch my flight back home , so not specifically looking to buy anything and just wandering around ,but the two guys were just incredibly kind and such good people ! Had my suitcases not been stuffed to the brim , they would have been able to convince me to buy the whole store! A few months later and I’m still thinking about the two of them ! I can’t remember their names but the both of them deserve a raise ! Truly such a random but good memory of two strangers I’ll most probably never see again !

Great experience at Champions. Jett was really helpful and easy to talk to — made the whole process smooth and actually enjoyable. Jordan and Candice were great too, really friendly and welcoming. You don’t always get that kind of energy in stores, but the team here made it feel personal. Will definitely be back. Top service and good people.

Love the brand, but the store is very limited in terms of selection and price differs quite a lot from online.

The online store is a disappointing experience. Better to visit this store and shop in person. Also, you could find some limited edition series and items that have been made in Italy as well. The staff is welcoming and helpful. No more online shopping.

Turned up to the shop at 17:50 and was told the shop is closed, shoppers still in store and i was refused entrance even though the sign CLEARLY stated shop closes at 18:00. The female manager (I assume) was not helpful and it seemed like they just wanted to leave due to the weather being nice. No customer service and this makes sense reading the previous review and the changing rooms fiasco. If you close at 6pm you should allow the customer instore within trading hours, if i came after 6pm i am in the wrong. If you close earlier, then do not put a sign up saying you close later when you are already closed. I knew exactly what i wanted as i saw it there the other day and i just needed to collect what i wanted. I wasted 1 hour drive for nothing. This is not champion like and you need to train the staff that this is not school that bells ring and you disperse, this is a business so shame on you. I will never shop here again and i suggest management get trained on this matter.

Expensive because it stocks the highest quality of the Champion apparel. Feel the cloth material here and you'll notice the difference. Great colours of clothing, attentive service, and not too expensive pricing. Nearest tube station is Piccadilly Circus and it's about 4-5min walk to this store. Worth a visit. Be a Champion~~~
