I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I’m going out of my way with this company to make sure customers understand how they work. Twice I’ve used safety Kleen and both times been robbed. Took on a machine after being promised I would be looked after over my first experience, didn’t work properly, gave them the opportunity to fix, replace but didn’t. I asked them to collect the machine which took months while still being charged then after collection was told there was over £2000 to pay in early contract termination. Refusing to pay such ridiculous charges they have started court proceedings. What ever you do… avoid entering into any contracts with this company!!!!
