   This was my first time using Simply Brilliant and I can honestly say the name couldn’t be more true. Rachael and her team were fantastic from start to finish — friendly, hardworking and really professional. They carried out the end of tenancy cleans for two of our HMO properties in Ormskirk and I couldn’t have been more impressed. Every room was spotless, the kitchens and bathrooms were gleaming, and even the little details that often get missed had clearly been taken care of. You can tell that they take real pride in what they do. What I also appreciated was how easy they were to deal with — communication was quick, clear and nothing was too much trouble. It made the whole process stress-free and gave me real peace of mind knowing everything was in such capable hands. It’s not always easy to find a team you can trust to deliver consistently high standards, but Simply Brilliant really lived up to their name. I’ll definitely be using them again and I’m already looking forward to working with Rachael and her team year after year. Thank you so much for all your hard work — it really made a difference and is hugely appreciated!

   We were delighted with our first visit from Kerstein. This is the first time we have ever had a cleaner and any apprehension we had was dispelled immediately upon meeting her. She seemed to know instinctively what we needed and was very enthusiastic. When we returned home it was obvious she had been working hard and the flat looked much better than it has for a long time due to my physical limitations over the last 18 months.    I have been using Simply Brilliant Cleaning Company for over 5 years now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I have used many different cleaning companies in the past and SBCC are by far the best! The cleaning team are extremely thorough and what stands out the most is their attention to detail. They didn’t just do surface cleaning—they moved small furniture, wiped down hidden spots, and even folded a few things they found out of place. My kitchen and bathrooms were sparkling and looked brand new by the time they were done. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality cleaning service.

   I have used numerous cleaning companies over the years but have never experienced anything like the level of professionalism and efficiency that the "Simply Brilliant Cleaning Company" provides. The owner is meticulous in her recruitment of staff and takes great pride in training them to deliver her own high expectations of cleaning service. In addition the owner makes herself available to discuss any areas that might arise for discussion and I am certain, would rectify any issues that needed addressing as quickly as possible... but, I must add, this has never been necessary in my experience of using this Company's services. The standard of cleaning, attention to detail and respect for the client's home are all second to none and the flexibility of service provision is excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending the "Simply Brilliant Cleaning Service" to anyone.
