Carpets and sofas cleaned exceptionally well carpets haven’t been cleaned in 7 years they look brand new

Had to use as part of our tenancy agreement, arrived early and seemed eager to leave due to another job starting soon. Were needed to clean due to having pets at the property and immediately complained about the fact that they could smell dog and there were hairs. We believed that carpet cleaners would be accustomed to this however they needed to borrow our hoover to start cleaning and then complained that it wasnt the best. Would not use again, however they were fairly cheap is the reason for the second star.
Julie and Dave are so professional. Arrived on time and where very efficient. They cleaned our landing, stair carpet and a rug. Our dog has been protest peeing on the landing which we have been cleaning with shop bought cleaners which have themselves left stains. Julie and Dave knew what the problem was and dealt with it accordingly. The carpets are immaculate. They where thourogh, fast and organised, no nonsense. I would definitely recommend them.
