No response to their online form but they did manage to sign me up to their email list and send two emails within three days to advertise themselves. Poor first impression, won’t bother with them now.
Very friendly staff and always a great and reliable service. Love the fact that I always have cover when my cleaner is on holiday. Would highly recommend.
Poppies are absolutely fabulous, they provide a cleaning service to both ourselves and our elderly father in law. Jacqui goes above and beyond in her job each and every week - she always arrives with a smile and takes a genuine interest in us and our home. We don't need to provide any direction; Jacqui uses her initiative exceptionally well and really does just get on with doing an incredible job. If I have been working or out when Jacqui has been with us there is nothing better than coming home to feel the 'Jacqui magic!' In terms of a business, Poppies always communicate really well. No problem is too small or large and we are always kept up to date - Ormskirk Poppies is high-quality, proud of what it does and excellent all round.

Poppies provide an excellent and thorough service. Our cleaner comes for 2 hours every 2 weeks to top and tail the house and I'm always delighted with the clean. The house is left smelling clean and fresh, and our cleaner is great at tackeling the bathroom and kitchen. Their service means I just have to do a light clean between weeks, which is a great time saver. Would recommend!
I have used Poppies Cleaning for many years and have enjoyed a friendly and completely efficient service over this time. House looks wonderful when they finish, no challenge seems to daunt the lovely cleaners. Highly recommended
We receive a weekly cleaning service from Poppies for our offices and have always been very satisfied with the service that we receive. The employee from Poppies that comes each week is prompt, friendly and helpful. We receive calls from management very now and then to check if we're happy with the service and call always call them if we require and changes to what is required. Very happy with the service we get from Poppies on a whole and would recommend them. I personally also have Poppies clean our home - again, very happy with the service that we receive. It is nice to have someone that you can trust to come into your home.
Poppies do not dbs check their employees. As a company that is regularly in lone contact with vulnerable people and the elderly, this is unacceptable. Also they treat their staff like pawns and will call the police(!!) when their motives are questioned. I would wholeheartedly advise anyone to avoid this company; as a prospective client OR employee. AVOID!
