Absolutely vile behaviour from the man in the shop my Autistic daughter had birthday money and went in to buy a hello kitty toy in the shop and the vile man told her and her friend to leave and she struggles to communicate properly and told him she wanted to look and he physically put his hands on her to remove her from the shop.
Absolutely shocking service... my gran who is 82 bought a chip pan and it was faulty it caused boiling oil to spill out from the bottom all over her kitchen counter on the 1st use and she was lucky enough to have caught it when she did. Wasn't given a receipt when purchased and the shop have refused to take any responsibility when my gran took the faulty item back to explain as she did not keep the box. I then phoned and asked who the supplier was for this item and I would contact them directly to be told they didn't know. When having dealings with the owner myself and my gran were spoken to in a rude and abrupt manner. I would avoid buyin anything from this shop!!!!
Terrible service, went in with a threaded brush head looking for a pole and the owner broke my brush trying smash it onto his wooden dowel to show it would fit, he immediately got annoyed and told me its not his fault he broke it and we would have to pay. 0/ 10. wouldn't recommend
The couple who run the shop are very helpful and they stock practically everything for everyone and I get called darling which is adorable.

A fabulous treasure trove hardware store - if you're looking for a fuse or a cloth or weird cleaning products... they probably have it. Owners are very helpful
