   Absolute terror of service, where the colleague had not water to call, they’re tool station specialist but aren’t wanting to help. Lio. The worst customer service that was given. Should be sacked. Did not wanted to help. Just kept repeating am no a plumber to give you specifications. Dreadful

   Very helpful staff but they never have enough stock of anything. Better heading to B&Q if you need more than one box of screws. Done this a couple of times with this store now and don't think I'll be wasting my time going there again.
