   Carrie was extremely unprofessional at the end as she did a poor job completing the deep clean that I asked her to do. She came twice and said she needs more time and money to complete the job as it's bigger than she thought, which I didn't mind to pay at the beginning as long as she would have done everything that we discussed. I made sure I was at the property when she came to show her around and discuss everything that I needed including windows inside and downstairs outside. She failed to do quite a lot of things that I specifically asked. When I came back to the property I did notice bits and bobs that I thought was poor quality from a professional cleaner, but initially I didn't want to give feedback on those as I thought it wasn't worth it and I could do them easily. I didn't live in the property yet, so when I moved in a couple weeks later I started to notice more and more that I didn't think I'd need to check thoroughly like hidden places. The kitchen was left full of dirt and grease at certain places and the windows, door frame were left untouched. Eventually it caused delay for me to get things sorted in the house as I had to do everything myself again and started to question if she wiped through things that didn't look extremely dirty at the start. I gave Carrie a friendly feedback and gave her the chance to come back to correct it, but instead she didn't take any responsibility for her job and found all sorts of excuses. Even saying that she never had bad feedback in her career, which I hardly doubt after the poor job she did. But how is that going to be any consolation for me anyway?? As I said I didn't mind to pay more if she had done a good job or did everything and probably I'd have asked her more if she was professional, but she decided to ignore me and lose a potential regular customer. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone and I feel extremely ripped off. I think the pictures say it all... Her personal brand and conduct of businesse are a disgrace really.

   Really unhappy with how we were treated as long term, loyal clients. After 2 and a half years, Carrie terminated our cleaning contract due to no longer wishing to cover my local area. She did not adhere to the week notice period agreed at the beginning, so left us in the lurch and totally ignored all attempts to contact her to discuss this. Very unprofessional and disappointing. The standard of cleaning was, for the most part, very good. However, cleaners were often late, unreliable, or unable to clean at the last minute which was stressful and communication was often poor. One of the cleaners told me Carrie pays them late and just asks them to recruit random friends to clean with them on jobs - not very professional, and being told this made me feel very awkward. My two friends in the local area who also used Carrie's services experienced similar issues, often going weeks and weeks without a clean due to poor reliability.

   Carrie and the team are the most hard working people I have come across in any business. They are efficient, professional and go the extra mile. My house is always left sparkling clean when they've finished. Managing a property from a distance is testing but the girls at Beautiful Home cleaning really do take a lot of the hassle out of it. I can be quite demanding at times but Carrie never makes me feel like I am asking too much...truly amazing service...hire them!
