Jonathan and his team do a great job. I really appreciate how reliable they are—they turn up when scheduled and do thorough, professional work every time. What sets them apart is their willingness to tackle the tricky jobs. They clean the large hall window, which is above the porch and difficult to access. Other window cleaners wouldn't touch it because of the awkward positioning, but Jonathan's team handles it without any fuss.

I was looking for a window cleaner who cleans by hand, as I’ve found that water-fed poles just don’t do a great job—especially on the frames, and they often leave water marks.
