    I started ordering from here on eBay always had fast delivery with no issues. Good quality tools at good prices. I then discovered they were about a 20 mins drive from me so now whenever I can't wait on delivery I drive to the shop. The guy has been very friendly and has a great knowledge of the tools he is selling even recommending me more suitable options from what I thought. I would highly recommend this shop particularly if you live close by.

    I paid for a oil syringe pump got it sent to me didn't work I called and a Scottish man told me to sent it back I sent it by post they got it & never returned it or gave me my money back. Tryed calling & email No answer . I read most of the post fake people

    Bought a cheap air compressor from Aldi and didn't know what I was doing . So went along to this place and the owner who was very knowledgeable kitted me out with what I needed at a very good price. Looked like he's pretty well stocked up . If I need anything else i will definitely be back.

    I bought a pair of CV boot pliers off these cowboys via ebay. They sent me 10 E Torx sockets instead???. When i emailed them to advise them the order was wrong i was informed they were away on holiday for 3 weeks. So, after 3 weeks I emailed them again but they didn't even have the decency to reply!. I then had no choice but to get ebay involved and JW TOOLS still refused to refund me. I regularly buy a large amount of tools on ebay but i will NEVER use JW TOOLS again or recommend them to anyone. JW TOOLS have lost out big time - and all for the sake of a £8.00 pair of pliers. Avoid this rouge firm at all costs.

    I purchased a torque wrench off this supplier via Ebay. It broke after 2 months, and no 12 month manufacturers warrenty was offered. Please bear this in mind should you order from this company. The product quality is low, and they make no attempt to inform you that no warrenty is offered.
