I walked in with a friend to shop on New Year's Eve. Lovely ladies, Cat M, Helen and Lucy provided an excellent service and advice with lots of smiles, making my shopping experience wonderful and comfortable. I love my new backpack, which was a bargain, and I love the usual Sweaty Betty quality. Happy New Year!
I returned an item to the Sweaty Betty St Paul’s store over a month ago, and the refund still hasn’t been processed. The in-store experience was equally poor - staff member Li was rude, and when she asked her manager to come over to help with the refund, they replied “I’m on a break” and walked off. They then both disappeared into a back room and left me waiting so long. Despite multiple emails to customer service, I’ve had no resolution. What's going on at Sweaty Betty? A brand that positions itself as premium should be doing far better than this.
Went in to try a few items as I’m completely new to the brand. Luma was so helpful, so friendly and so kind! Great customer service and I will purchase from the brand very soon.
I'm absolutely furious with this store's awful service. Ordered £100 worth of socks on July 11 for C&C, went to pick up on the 23rd, and they couldn't find my order. The manager admitted they gave my parcel to another customer by mistake and promised the quickest fix was to have it returned and sent to my home in six days, as a replacement would take too long. A week later, nothing! Customer service opened a case eight days ago, but no response, no socks, no refund. Total incompetence-avoid this place!

Very friendly sales assistants and better selection of items on sale than in other stores (not in such a busy location).
