   I am sure this guy does do some good work, as can be seen from the previous reviews. However, if one of his jobs does go wrong for one reason or another, don't expect him to put things right. The job he did for me went wrong from day one. A patio clean, removing the old grout and re-grouting should have been a simple task. However, he failed to check the weather forecast and a pre-longed heavy downpour several hours later meant that the resin grout did not set. A second attempt saw the grout not properly bond with the slabs and the result was that less than two years later the resin grout that should last at least 10 years started to fall out. A written compliant did not result in him taking any responsibility and instead he blamed the problem on two 'harsh' and 'wet' winters and the fact that I had jet washed the slabs a couple of times. As a gesture of good will he did offer to do the bare minimum and come back and repair the worst areas only. Despite many phone calls to him even this failed to materialise and I was left disappointed and back to square one having wasted the money that was paid to him in good faith. The guy is all talk and the job he did for me was shoddy by anyone's standards. Be warned!

   AMEND TO REVIEW - the guy is all talk - back to square one after a few weeks and he wouldn’t put right. On reflection we were completely overcharged. A one job pony who I doubt gets repeat business Really friendly but professional. Quick turnaround on quote. Arrived on time, worked hard and clearly had pride in his work. The end result was outstanding!! Totally exceeded my expectations. I would wholeheartedly recommend Pristine Pathways to my friends, family and indeed anyone!

   Fantastic service from start to finish. A quick reply and quote, great price and arranged at a time convenient to us. The Indian sandstone patio now looks amazing and everywhere was left clean and tidy. Superb job and I’d recommend Simon Pristine Pathways to all.

   Its so refreshing to find a chap who does a good job whilst providing value for money.. Simon's work ethic is second to none and he really does a great job .. after employing several cowboys over the years its good to know quality workmanship still exists in this day and age.
