   I am only giving three stars which is more than I would have given if it weren’t for the two men that came to clean the windows. I had a person come beforehand and walk around with me as we have a large home with a lot of windows and sliders and he gave me a price. They cleaned the windows and sliders but I was told that they would not do the tracks because that’s considered deep cleaning. I had another company come out and included the tracks at the same price, but I went with this company thinking I would be happier. I think they should let know if you’re getting your sliders cleaned you want your tracks cleaned also it is an extra charge! The men were nice enough to wipe down the tracks, but of course did not clean them completely! I went around and cleaned all the tracks after they left.

   Our windows were in awful shape with living on a still active building site and not getting great service from the first company we tried. The Swipe team had them all cleaned including our front and garage doors in under an hour. I’d asked them to let me know when they were coming so I could work with my newborn’s nap and they were so accommodating. We had blue protective film left on a PVC window frame that the guys even removed for us. Highly recommend!

   Was looking for someone to clean my gutters and windows after having a loft conversion and saw one of their vans not far from where I live. They came round and gave me a quote which I was happy with. On the day they were due, they were late due to being held up at a previous job. A little annoying but it wasn't a major issue and they did apologise and took some money off. They did a fantastic job and I was really pleased. So much so, I am getting them in every month to do my windows. I did have a window cleaner but he could never be bothered even trying to do my back windows whilst Steve and his colleague couldn't be more helpful. Would definitely recommend.

   Steven and colleagues always do a fab job on our house in Ormskirk and I have only recently set up services with Swipe. I like how easy it was to set up a direct debit and I get a text when they have been if I am not in. My old window cleaner did not manage to do the velux windows, so now I uave sparkling windows in the bedroom and en-suite which is lovely on sunny mornings! friendly reliable and professional and they do an excellent job and have decent rates. Good investment all round. reccomend reccomend reccomend!
