   I dealt with Irene in the office and Stace on site to have my relatives house completely emptied after bereavement. They were courteous, prompt and efficient. They also arranged for trees/hedges to be removed. All was left clean and tidy and the waste was disposed of properly and recycled where possible

   Paid this company £700 to clean a flat prior to older gentleman returning home from hospital. The place was left filthy - I provided photos (more available on request) which showed that service had not been provided and was offered £150 rebate. Refused this but company just went ahead and paid into my account. Payment had been taken in advance and time was very short - it's now clear why that arrangement was in place. Half the items detailed in the quote were not completed, many parts untouched, and some remained in a shocking state. Recommended by Social Services - do not touch.
