   I always remove my balcony furniture when you’re due to come. You obviously know that having attended at some point. I’m not taking time off work so you can do a job you’re meant to do properly from the exterior. Stop making excuses and just do the job properly. It’s really not that big of an ask. Another job shite done. Every time we’ve had clearground the windows are left worse. They were paid extra by our management company through our service charge to clean the dripped paint and the sticky residue from the windows after the work ended over a year ago. The photos included are after two visits, two attempts of cleaning it and yes only recently. Basically twice they apparently turned up but never bothered doing the job. They tend to turn up as and when they want aka far less then they’re meant to and it’s infuriating when you give up waiting for them, clean the windows yourself only to have them turn up late and splash dirty water all over. I am fed up of asking them through my management company to turn up and complete the job they’re paid for but again if they do, it’s just to splash dirty water anyway. I’ve begged my management company to switch suppliers but I guess these must be as cheap in cost as well as effort. It’s pure laziness and shocking service and after I move I will avoid like the blooming plague!
