Execellent communication and customer care and service from Caitlin, who is lovely to deal with and a credit to the company.    Liverpool based job (not London as per response) We had these guys come round to clean the guttering. Not only did they break into our yard when we hadn’t agreed for them to(we have WhatsApp messages to prove this) they left the mud from the guttering all over the yard and in plant pots, even using all my gardening tools for the job which was very messy to clean up. Waste of money as I may as well have cleaned the gutters myself.

   So I found these guys on Bark. Put my postcode in as requested…. So why did they instantly ring me up when they are in Liverpool and I am in Staffordshire. They didn’t show up. Rang then as my appointment time passed by and they said they were stuck in traffic. 45 mins later they called and said could they come another day. Professionalism to me is keeping your client well informed. From the start why on earth did you call me? Won’t be using bark again
