   I went in today to do an Amazon return for a refund of a defective Smartwatch I bought less than 2 months ago. I chose the option Amazon offered’ to return via Evri parcel drop off, print label in store’ which also states ‘no packaging of the item is required’. I then used the option to find the nearest store which was Johnson’s on Borough Road. I arrived there and asked to do the return. I tall lady was serving me, glasses, long hair and a loud Northen accent. She was very abrupt and to the point asking me where the item was. I pulled the watch out of my pocket and said ‘it’s here’. I was then told, very firmly it needed to be packaged. I tried to explain that Amazons instructions said it didn’t but she continued making it feel very much like it was my fault and that I was in the wrong. Her attitude was completely the opposite of what Johnson’s say they look for in employees. Shocking customer facing personal skills! I will never use that place again by choice.
