   I have never felt inclined to leave a review for a newsagent type shop before but here we are- because credit where it’s due. I only really go in to drop off parcels but honestly the staff are always dead chatty and cheery - even making sure I’ve got the right customs invoices so my parcels don’t get returned to me. Brilliant business! Highly recommend!

   Dropped a package for UPS pick up, the parcel disappeared! no sign of any tracking from the shop, shop owners not to be trusted. Be aware, total fraudsters.

   Very poor service, they pretended the UPS terminal was broken when I tried to return items. When I quizzed them on what was wrong the person who was dealing with me just walked away and went into the back shop. Literally, they couldn't be bothered, I certainly won't be back.

   Absolutely breathtaking customer service especially from the two young gents behind the till. Managed to catch one of their names Yousuf didn’t managed to catch the other ones but regardless it was a great shopping experience and I won’t hesitate to return. 5 hail hails from me.

   The shop assistant is very helpful person. After 1 days with emergency gas and after tryed in 2 differents shop to code a blank British gas card the shop assistant phone to BG and has got the right instructions to code and top up the card. Thanks for stay in Uddingston and help the comunity.
