   Would normally give a 5 Star rating but over recent months there have been a number of what look like to be preventable maintenance issues. Also the shelves were previously well stocked but even during the day now it is not uncommon to find empty shelves with some some products taking days if no weeks, to be replenished.

   Shelves quite bare, not up to previous standards. Bought Domestos bleach that was on offer at 2 for £2.40 however, discount not applied at checkout. Called at customer service desk to query this and another colleague advised the girl dealing with me that the offer only applied to the white bottle. This was not the case though as the offer was labled below all bottles, blue, pink, white and yellow. The girl at customer service was helpful and sorted it for me. The point is, how many other "offer" products are not being properly discounted as advertised and how many customers are actually affected as not everyone checks their receipts. This is certainly not the first time this has happened to me and especially as people are counting every penny in this cost of living crisis. Please sort this Asda!

   Dirty store,hard to dodge staff filling shelves and children on scooters, much higher prices than other supermarkets for lower quality items. Dont shop there anymore as better options available.

   Good for those last minute essentials like pants, workout gear etc. Some of the clothes shapes don't work for me but you do get an occasional gem so always worth a wee browse.

   I would have given five stars but this particular ASDA didn't have a full range of clothing. There were two large portable hanging racks blocking the men's section which I had to pull away to access the items I was after.
