As soon as I arrived at the clinic i was made to feel welcome and relaxed, staff very friendly. I got laser on spider vein on face was very nervous and sceptical as had it done previously at another clinic and it didn't work. But WOW 1st session and the results are amazing counting down the days until my next appointment haha. A massive thanks to Hannah who put up with all my questions about the procedure and made me feel at ease. Before during and afterwards. You're a pro!

I went to a consultation with Dr Victoria 2 weeks ago, on arrival I was made feel very welcome. At my consultation Dr Victoria explained everything that I asked her about very clearly, her advice and expertise was brilliant and she answered all my concerns very quickly and clearly. She didn’t put any pressure on me to go ahead with the treatment that I had enquired about , infact she advised against it. I was very impressed with her decision and I will go forward with the advice that she gave me. Overall my visit was excellent and I would visit her again in the future. I would recommend any person considering facial asthetics to visit this Doctor as she is a lovely person and very knowledgeable and honest. Thank you Lindsay

Please do not visit the Mole screening service clinic at Dr Victoria skin clinic. Tellingly the Mole clinic doesnt seem to have it's own google review page in Edinburgh and I think I now know why. My husband and I paid £295 for two full-body skin screenings, which we are happy to pay for peace of mind. For info we have lived in Australia for 15yrs previously and had skin check ups yearly by a doctor and we know the process well. The nurse found 2 on my husband that "may" have been suspicious and recommended we pay £40 per mole to send pictures for their doctor to check if they were in fact suspicious - I thought the whole point was the nurse could tell us if they were suspicious? My husband decided to get these 2 checked by his NHS doctor who referred him to skin cancer specialist at Lauriston Hospital - upon walking in the room the specialist said assume you here about the mole on your face - which the nurse hadnt mentioned at all. The specialist was horrified this was missed especially as we paid privately for an "expert" and he couldnt understand how this would be missed - this NHS consultant immediately flagged it as suspicious and has now arranged a biopsy. I should note the consultant said as it is right beside his eye and if it is dangerous and spreads it is in a very precarious area. We trusted a paid service to check our health, and they didnt. This experience has left us shocked, worried, and completely unable to trust their screening — pay elsewhere. I now have to go and find another service and pay again as I have no faith mine were checked properly - as they are also not refunding the fee. They are awful at replying to emails in a timely manner and their line seems to be "it might not be anything and even if it is they are not always dangerous" - I completely agree it might not be anything and it might not be dangerous and I hope to goodness it isnt but you should have picked up on it.

I have had three different treatments at Dr Victoria Skin Clinic, all of which have been fantastic. I was made to feel incredibly comfortable on each occasion and was put at ease by the skill and knowledge of those providing my treatment. The level of service is exceptionally high. I wouldn't even consider another option that isn't Dr Victoria Skin Clinic. I most recently saw Dr Joanna who I could not recommend highly enough.

Had a Hydrafacial with Ashleigh at Dr. Victoria Skin Clinic and honestly, it was amazing! She was super friendly, explained everything as she went, and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. My skin felt so clean and fresh afterwards, definitely noticed a big difference. The clinic has a great vibe too, really professional but relaxed. Highly recommend if you’re thinking about getting a Hydrafacial. I’ll definitely be back!

I have had an amazing experience with this clinic. I went in for cherry angioma removal via cryotherapy with Emmaline, of which removed some but not all of my issue areas, as some were more stubborn. However, Emmeline was quick to recommend Julie for further laser treatment of the stubborn areas, and I am already seeing quick results! I am very pleased with results, and also with how lovely everyone is at the clinic, would highly recommend.

I had a superb experience with Julie for my photo facial treatment. She was thorough, professional, and so knowledgeable. I’ve been getting this treatment done for 15 years at different clinics and I have to say, this one truly stands out above the rest. She targeted my problem areas and really spent time customizing the settings to treat the different concerns I had. She also made recommendations for products to enhance my results. I can already see the treatment working. Can’t wait to see my results and go back for another treatment. Thanks Julie!

Julie was lovely and I’m already seeing results after my laser treatment for veins around my nose after a few hours :)
