   Friendly service and a good go to option for hardware requirements. The missing star is because they don't have store computers to see what's in store. It's the old style book catalogue which is time consuming if you're in a rush. You have to find the item in the book, write the product code(s) on a slip and then go and que up to find out that item isn't in stock. Tool station need to keep up with their competitors or better them otherwise they will remain in the shadow of Screwfix.
