   Was berated by a worker for going through the self checkout without scanning my receipt when the gate was already open, he was oblivious to the fact I would have to wait for the scan to cool down and the gate to close before I could scan it again and literally watched me buy stuff. He's been disrespectful, abrupt and rude to my friends, others and myself which I've seen lots given I'm a regular customer.

   Shop is good but recycling machine is again not working. I have checked 3 different Lidl shops in my area and neither of it have it working. Totally shambles. And I have been checking it for last 3 weeks- no working at all

   Rumour has it the can and bottle recycling machine works but I have never seen it, instead I have a car boot full of recycling. I used to give it a couple weeks of visits before emptying them into the bins but now the store has moved the bins inside the store. Rather than moving the 5 bins inside to prevent that they could maybe ensure the recycler was working more regularly, instead of just telling customers “we have to get more of the boxes”… actually get more

   Another cost cutting store. Usually has everything or most of what you're looking for. Prices are reasonable. Parking is usually very good. It has a few disabled parking spaces.

   Use lidl a lot but the reason for 3 stars is the self checkouts are card only then the member of staff who is manning the self checkouts has got to call someone to serve you if paying by cash

   26/1/23 @ 9.30pm. Girl with blood red hair working the till very bad mannered ,especially for Lidl whose staff are usually some of the best. How can anyone serve a customer without saying £5.90 please, or thanks when giving change? When given my receipt and I replied "thank you" she replied "right". It is actually hard not to be polite to anyone or maybe that's just me.

   Really enjoyed the visit. It's a clean and tidy shop and the aisles are spacious. I had fully expected that the prices would be keen and they were. But the experience went well beyond economy alone. The range of quality items on sale was impressive - in terms of foodstuff/ wines and beers. Will definitely re-visit.
