   My initial consultation with the surgeon and supporting team was barely one week after my diagnosis of cataracts in both eyes by my optician. The surgery was performed one week later and the results so far have exceeded my expectations. From the initial administration of the consultation to the post-op follow up the whole team has been efficient, caring, professional and, in short, first class.

   Smooth process throughout, from diagnosis to initial visit and operation (cataract). Private healthcare is expensive, but sometimes necessary. Staff were professional and welcoming and the clinic is well run with minimum waiting time. My only criticism was the map of directions sent out initially. It was a poorly photocopied, faded and small; a bit ironic from people with poor vision.

   Very professional from start to finish. At my consultation I had lots of question, some quite technical. All of these were answered to my complete satisfaction as were other questions which arose. The various options, risks, expected outcomes and potential problems were explained fully with nothing glossed over. For someone of my age (68) and with my prescription (-11), I have had an excellent outcome. After the operation, I had a worrying development and had to phone for advice. Although out of office hours, the phone was answered immediately and my concerns were allayed. This was followed up by a call back from a consultant the next day. Aftercare is first class. I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic.

   Mr Ross and all his team couldn't do enough to make me welcome and I was treated with kindness and respect. Lovely operating suite spotlessly clean and calming and comfortable. I still have to have my right eye done so I will not hesitate to seeing you all ASAP. I really can't thank you enough for all the care given aftet a very bad experience with the NHS!! Well done Jonathan and his wonderful team..
