   After a couple of pain free years I've recently had a further successful treatment from Vikki Thompson, this time for a lower back / hip problem. Vikki was able to identity the cause of my problem and between her skills and being given appropriate exercises my problem has been resolved. Many thanks again Vikki for your help.

   I have seen Vicky Pittman several times and she has helped me with a number of issues, including chronic & acute back pain, and a number of problems following a serious mountain bike accident. I don't know anything about the other team member, Vikki. (Yes, it can be confusing.) Vicky, (with a 'Y') doesn't use the kind of "bone cracking" techniques that many might expect. She has a definite knack of finding acutely painful spots that you didn't know you had and relieving them, which helps the original issue. E.g. I have a displaced fracture near my wrist that was giving me problems. Vicky set to work on my elbow, and I can now hold a guitar for the first time in nearly two years.

   I was coming to Dr Vikki Thompson for 7 sessions and I was very happy with her professional skills and the treatment she was providing to me. Unfortunately, every single 20-min session was 15 minutes late, including my first one. Each time Vikki was thanking me for waiting. So I started to come 5 minutes late, then 10 minutes late, and then 15 minutes later than my appointment time as I would still have to wait for the previous patient to leave. Today I was told by the receptionist that I cannot have my session as I was 15 minutes late. I am very angry as each of the 6 previous sessions when we started 15 minutes later it was not a problem, because I had to wait. Today I saw previous patient at the car park leaving when I arrived. So obviously it still wouldn’t be on time. I am giving 3 stars: 5 for treatment and 1 for customer care and punctuality. Unfortunately, will not be back because of how I was treated.

   The superb practice in Dalgety Bay has now moved to a custom made centre in nearby Rosyth with a comfortable warm waiting room,kitchen area for coffee and a biscuit and a chat,a play area for the little ones,a spotless toilet,a well equipped treatment room and two surgeries; much needed for a very popular practice.There is adequate parking and good signage.I am a patient of sympathetic,enthusiastic,highly qualified Chiropractor Vicki Pittman.I had suffered back pain since Spring 2004 and GPs ,kindly, gave me different painkillers.Although diagnosed with a herniated disc ,Hospital Consultants had no solution.I attended the Bathgate Chiropractic from Spring 2011 but moved to Vicki after I had excruciating back spasms in August 2016.NHS24 did not send a Doctor out for 11 hours as I lay writhing on the floor! Vicki's Practice ,being in Dalgety Bay, was the obvious one to go to.It is one of the best decisions I have made in my life.Since then I have been pain free but can get to the Chiropractic in an emergency.

   I served in the military where I was injured in 2007 while serving in Iraq. I have dealt with the pain for many years and got physio here and there but it got too much and I needed to visit a chiropractor to see if that would help. I messaged Rosyth Chiropractic clinic and luckily got a cancellation appointment. I was really impressed and put at ease with Vikki who is a complete professional. I couldn't be happier with my progress in only two sessions. I honestly couldn't recommend this clinic more.
