I needed glasses quickly. I went to my usual opticians. Gary was brilliant very professional and friendly. The staff I dealt with were all lovley with a pleasent manner. It was a great atmosphere in the store. Many thanks to you all. Have a great christmas and all the best for 2026 10/10 service

Not even sure where to begin.... My latest visit left me with sour taste in my mouth. I've been a customer of SpecSavers for the last 20 odd years and they always been very professional and courteous. This time was different; the optician was really good, the big let down was the sales staff. They didn't feel interested in the slightest, chatting among themselves instead. And when asked about filtering the glasses by specifics, I had the displeasure to be told to "look by myself". I can only assume the reasons behind this answer but it wasn't what I would call good customer service or what I've come to expect from Specsavers. The real blow was that I had to ask about financing twice only to asked back if I were on benefit and then with a firm "no". No sugar coating. That's not good policy from SpecSavers and that's even worse attitude from the staff too show complete lack of empathy. I won't be recommending either to anyone any time soon.
Good service even though it was busy. Gave clear instruction to my child who needs extra time and assurance. We went back for a second look at the frames and took our time to choose. That was all ok and staff were polite.

Staff are great and will partake in a wee bit banter, fast courteous service and you can tell all the team are a happy team!
Very friendly staff. I was on my last day visiting family and my Gran's glasses needed repaired. Was able to arrive at store and have them fixed with no issues.
The staff were all wonderful. The lady that checked my eyes at the start (sorry I can't remember her name) was excellent. The optician herself answered every question I asked her. Even after my exam Gary the manager took time out to come and make sure everything was going to plan. Great service all round, I will definitely be going back
