   Beth is absolutely amazing!! Every time I go in with my two daughters she always helps me to find what they need and help them with the style they are looking for. It is such a huge help and they love the whole shopping experience and now ask to got to the Yate Newlook because Beth will help them! It is such a friendly store, nothing is too much trouble it feels personal and a ‘traditional, old fashioned shopping experience’ where the customer feels important. Sadly, have had the exact opposite experience at Longwell Green Newlook where I had toe queue for 20 minutes with one person on the till, not even a smile or an apology as spent so long talking to their friend who looked like they were ‘hanging around’, it is a shame as it is a bigger store. Once again a huge thank you on behalf of the teens in the world to Beth and the Yate store for making shopping personal and fun!!!

   Lots of lovely clothes but the bold prints are not for me.Maybe they should consider the more conservative dressers amongst us + have some slightly less garish prints in their stock.

   I am a 75 year old bloke who is happy enough to be led astray into this emporium of ladies fashion.......so what do l really know and can give a honest comment to.There's a vast amount of ladies fashion liberally placed to catch the female eye,the staff at the desk seemed helpful and l was allowed to escape punishment free,so what's not to like.

   It was fantastic! Haven't seen such sales for a very long time! And they had all the small sizes left which was great and almost never happens! Bought three jumpers for 19 quid. So happy! Hoping to visit them in Yate soon. Thanks, New Look!
