We took our mother shopping here, they had a great selection of woman's wear and at reasonable prices, she came away with 2 jackets and a top.
A wonderful store with a wide variety of items, neatly organized and high in quality. Prices are reasonable, staff are friendly, and the shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable.
Disgusting quality and tailoring of things! They sell garbage, the service is terrible, communication with the seller at the checkout in Yata was unpleasant, she, she was just rude to us! To return an item you have to pay £3, you cannot return it to the nearest store, that’s their policy. I do not recommend contacting this chain of stores. The manager is unable to solve a basic problem, a simple question! It’s not clear why she works there, why she occupies this workplace if she is incompetent!
Have bought several items of clothing over the last few of years and the quality is always good. Well made. I've sent back a couple of things which weren't quite right one and have had no quibble refunds each time.
I had my eye on a casual coat, but due to working hours, I couldn't get there before Christmas, but luckily, they had one left in my size and with 15% off. They always have nice quality clothes.
My wife loves this shop. It carries a great selection of clothing that suits her. The quality is excellent and very well priced.

The website clearly states that the shop closes at 7pm so as I was shopping close to 5.30 I was met with a very sullen shop assistant. When I picked out half a dozen items to try on I asked if I could try them on she wasnt happy. While I was in the changing room she turned the music off and locked the front door. I spent nearly £60 but felt that I wasnt welcome at all. She had to unlock the door to let me out so I pointed out that the website states they close at 7pm. She disputed it but I wasnt going to argue with her. I left there with the door firmly shut behind me. I had travelled across bristol to stop in there, imagine how I would have felt if I'd got there 10 min later to find it shut. The website needs to be changed.
Nice quality clothes. Smart with choice of vibrant colours. Also offers special occasion & smart casual outfits. Good selection of sizes/petites too. I consider prices to be average. Not what I would consider to be a jean shop! Staff helpful & friendly.
