   Poor service. Refused to give me money back or exchange. Trainers bought whilst wearing socks. I asked if I could take them home to try on again wearing tights and use only on carpet area. Trainers not comfortable. Trainers returned within a few days. Credit note no longer available/cannot find. But receit with message written on by staff member available. Staff in Kingswood store unable to help. Manager from Yate store was to ring me as arranged. Manager didn't ring me as my number had been "thrown away". I rang manager in Yate who wouldn't let me finish what I was saying, and put the phone down on me! Managers customer service skills...very lacking!

   Good quality and seemingly different than the usual clothes, beautiful dresses and just a different type of designer. Something for everyone of all ages of adulthood and for all occasions . It is rather higher in price but you won't find it anywhere else and it'll last.
