Rude staff unwilling to help with my online return. In the email it states you can go to a member of staff who will sort it for you OR you can self return. I tried self return but their WiFi was rubbish and not loading on my phone. Won’t be returning to this branch. Can not stand rude staff.
No staff, all on tills. Not waiting in a huge queue to just ask a question but ignored when I went to the side to ask. Don’t take everyone off the shop floor to man tills when it gets big
Not best pleased today - I come here a lot and on this occasion it was to return an item. The sales person Sarah couldn’t have been ruder if she tried! The returns process itself was all straight forward but she was far more interested in discussing her friend’s manicure than actually helping me. When she did talk it was rude, dismissive and as if I was an inconvenience for taking her away from her chat. As a regular customer I’m really not happy with my visit today.
Went to the changing rooms and i was shocked how filthy and and untidy it was. Had to use the disabled changing room and it looked like it wasnt swept in a good while, i only came in two hours after they opened. Wordt part of all, there was no red emergency cord. That is a massive health and safety risk, what if a disabled person trips or injured themself and cannot yell for help. Absolutely disgusting.
I went into the longwell green store today and I just wanted to give a huge shout out for a staff member. I think she was called Bev. She was so kind and helpful. I wanted a particular green dress which they didn’t have in store in my size. She searched all the other stores and ordered me one to get delivered into the store. She was so kind and helpful and really went above and beyond. She was so desperate for me to have this dress for a special night out. It may not get delivered in time, but I’m still buying it anyway. Amazing customer service and a lovely lady. I’ll definitely be back x
5 stars for the polite staff :) But the sales racks were like a jumble sale and in no order which made it impossible to look for anything! Should be divided by sizes or something to make it easier for everyone.
Good mix of clothes. Well priced. Worth a visit.
Trying clothes on at 9.00am and the fitting room didn’t even look like it had been swept from night before! I understand working in retail short staffed and lack of hours but first thing it should be clean ! Not a good first impression !

Definitely won’t be visiting this shop again, the sales assistant would sooner keep customers waiting while she sorts out items on the counter even though she could see a queue was forming and her colleague was busy dealing with another customer. I’ll stick with shops that want my custom
